All forms must be signed by the parent/student and returned to one of the following: Your childs school, the Technology Department located at 1706 West Spruce or faxed to the Technology Department at 580-252-2450
Note: A Parent Portal Account is good for as long as your child(ren) are attending Duncan Public Schools. You will only need to fill out the Acceptable Use Form one time, it is not required every year.
