What is a transcript?
Your Duncan High School transcript lists every course you have taken in high school and the grades you earned. It lists your GPA and class rank and your ACT scores. After you graduate, it will list your diploma date.
Why do I need a transcript?
Colleges use your transcript to determine if you qualify to attend their school. Some scholarship providers request a copy of your transcript to see if you qualify. Employers may request your transcript for hiring purposes. Some insurance agencies will accept your transcript to determine if you qualify for good student discounts.
How can I get a copy of my transcript?
If you want an unofficial transcript, you can find it on the Documents tab in your Infinite Campus Portal. If you need an official transcript sent to a college, you need to request that your counselor submit it for you. You can also request official transcripts at the following link on our website:
What is a final transcript?
Your final transcript shows your diploma date and will be available in June after you graduate in May. You will need to notify your counselor which college you are attending so we can send your final transcript to them.
