Ms. Self’s class enjoyed OK Frontier Days at the Chisholm Trail Heritage Center with all Duncan Third Graders. They learned about the Land Run, life on the Chuck Wagon, butter churning, panning for gold, and so much more! Thank you to ONE Duncan, CTHC museum staff, and all the sponsors and volunteers that make this happen!
First grade is working on the PLTW Designs Inspired by Nature module. They have been learning how animals communicate with one another. One of those ways is with sound. Students got to design and create their very own animal ears.

Today Miss Hale’s class learned about Helen Keller and Louis Braille. Students then wrote their name in Braille and glued the dots to make them raised!
