3rd and 4th grade families only. A message from Mrs. Stephens Hello 3rd and 4th Grade Families, Your students have been working so hard to prepare for our Christmas Program on December 11th at 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm! Thank you for checking the Duncan App and for helping your child practice at home. A friendly reminder: the evening performance is required and will take place at a new location - First Baptist Church. For our final song, all students will need to bring an "ugly sweater" to wear over their clothing. December 11th - Performance Day Schedule 7:45-8:30 am Students arrive at school at the normal time wearing the dress-up theme for the day or regular casual clothing. Please have them bring their ugly sweater for the last song. 2:00 pm School performance (this is for students only) 3:30 pm Dismissal at the normal time 6:30 pm Doors open at First Baptist Church 6:50 pm Students must be inside the church and in our designated practice area, wearing nice holiday clothing and bringing their ugly sweater for the final number. 7:00 pm Evening performance for families

🏀 Duncan Little Dribblers is Back! 🏀
The Duncan Little Dribblers Basketball Fundamentals Program is open to boys and girls in Pre-K through 5th grade.

📍 Location: Will Rogers Pre-K Center

🗓️ Dates:
Pre-K–1st Grade: December 1 & 2 (4–4:45 PM) and December 4 (4–4:30 PM)
2nd–5th Grade: November 18 & 20 (4:45 PM) and December 4 (4–4:30 PM)

💲 Cost: $45 (includes instruction, a Duncan Little Dribblers T-shirt, and a basketball!)

🎉 Participants will get the special opportunity to perform at halftime of the Duncan High School Basketball Game on December 5!

📅 Forms and payment are due Friday, November 7.

🚨My School Bucks Lunch Account Update 🚨 DPS Families, please do not add any additional funds to your student’s My School Bucks lunch accounts after October 30th, 2025. All funds currently in your student’s My School Bucks Lunch Account will be transferred to our new system. Any funds added after October 30th will not be refunded or transferred over. 🚨‼️Be sure to turn off your auto withdrawal lunch payments in the My School Bucks App to ensure your funds stay secured ‼️🚨 My School Bucks will continue to be used for activities and School Store Items for the foreseeable future. We will post updates on our social media platforms and in our Duncan Public Schools App with instructions on how to use our new system as soon as we complete the transition. Our teams are working on making a seamless transition to our new system. We appreciate your patience during this process.

Red Ribbon Week is a yearly event that happens every October across the United States. It’s a special campaign focused on raising awareness about the risks of alcohol, tobacco, drugs, and violence. The main goal is to help people understand why it's so important to stay drug-free and to inspire young folks to make healthy choices. This year we are celebrating as a campus and reminding our students that even as individuals we can work together and do our piece to create a picture of healthy students!!
