Ms. Gates’Secret Students for August. They worked really hard to earn this award.

Mrs. Smiley’s kindergarten had a wonderful first month! We’ve been busy making new friends, learning our classroom rules, and practicing procedures. What a great start to our school year!

📢 Reminder: No school on Labor Day, Monday, September 1st Classes will resume on Tuesday, September 2nd Have a safe and restful weekend!

We are so grateful to our families, PTO for their generous support and donations that made our new cafeteria tables possible. They look fantastic, and our students are truly enjoying dining in style!

Mrs. McPherson’s 1st grade read The Potato Chip Champ book about kindness. Then they did a chip tasting and graphed their favorite flavors.  Thanks parents who provided the items for this fun activity.  

🛡️ A Message from Our Security Director: Safety Drills Underway 🛡️

As the new school year begins, our district will be conducting safety drills to help keep everyone prepared. In the coming days and weeks, you may see first responders at different school sites at various times. These community partners are working alongside us to make sure our schools remain safe and welcoming places for students, staff, and families.

Be sure to review important dates like the first and last days of school, holiday breaks, virtual days, and professional development days. We want to highlight a new calendar element! ⭐Collaboration Days/Virtual Days ⭐ Collaboration Days are designed for our staff to work together and grow professionally. On these days, students will have a Virtual Day and will learn from home.
