To show our appreciation, we served up a delicious pizza lunch thanks to the generous donation from Napolis in Marlow, and added a little extra gratitude with gift cards from the amazing folks at Dave’s Cave in Duncan.

Today we got to honor Judy Carroll and her remarkable achievement of retiring after 31 years in education! Mrs. Carroll has spent these last 31 years instilling a love of learning to all students who have had the honor to be in her class. As a staff, she has blessed us in more ways than we could express. Mrs. Carroll has been a pillar of strength at Horace Mann. There is nothing that Mrs. Carroll won’t do or find out to help others in the building! To know Mrs. Carroll is to love her. Congratulations Judy Carroll on retiring! We love and appreciate your dedication to our students and staff more than you know! ❤️

Today at Horace Mann, we are celebrating our incredible cooks and custodians- and We Can’t Taco ‘Bout Them Enough! From serving up hot meals with a smile to keeping our school clean, safe, and running smoothly, you are truly the unsung heroes of our building—and we are so grateful for you! A huge shout-out to Don Jose’s for generously providing a delicious taco bar for lunch and gift cards for some of our amazing staff!

We had a blast celebrating our students’ awesome attendance during state testing with Ice Cream Achievement Day! Their hard work and dedication definitely deserved a cool reward, and what better way than with delicious ice cream?
