Miss Ramirez’s class learned all about Christmas around the world this week. They wrapped up the week in Sweden and had hot chocolate and cinnamon buns!

Building confidence and growing a school community that shines brighter than Christmas lights✨📖 We love Book Buddies!

✨ Book Buddies, Cinnamon Buns & Hot Chocolate — What a Friday! ✨
Mrs. Blevins’ first graders wrapped up a week of learning about holiday celebrations around the world with a special St. Lucia’s Day treat — hot chocolate and cinnamon buns!
To make the day even more magical, our first graders paired up with 4th-grade book buddies and read them stories.
A perfect Friday filled with learning, celebration, and sweet moments! 📚☕️🎄

Congratulations to Stella for completing Addition Fluency on XtraMath! 🧮✨ We are so proud of her progress! 💛📚

✨ Holiday Fun in First Grade! ✨
First grade has been learning all about how different countries celebrate holidays around the world. Today we wrapped up our journey in Sweden! 🇸🇪
To celebrate, we enjoyed hot cocoa and cinnamon buns—a sweet way to end our learning! ❤️💚

Ms. Gates’ class had a great time designing something that could keep a popsicle from melting during PLTW.

Congratulations to Finley and Lincoln for completing Addition Fluency on XtraMath! 🧮✨
They’ve worked so hard and are now moving on to Subtraction Fluency. We are so proud of their progress! 💛📚

These student leaders proudly shared about our Student Leadership Council at the School Board meeting last night. They shared the projects they’re leading, and the ideas they’re bringing to life here at Horace Mann. They are Champions of Excellence and we couldn’t be prouder of them ❤️🖤

On behalf of the Stephens County Soil Conservation District, Mrs. Berry awarded over $200 in prize money to students who placed in the Soil Conservation Poster Project. We are incredibly proud of their talent, hard work, and dedication!

Miss Meadows' perfect attendance for November!
